Stefania Carraro is a Senior Lecturer in Sustainability at SDA Bocconi School of Management, where she teaches Corporate Strategy, Corporate Sustainability, and Entrepreneurship in Master and Executive programs. She conducts research within the Sustainability Lab at SDA Bocconi and serves as Director of the Monitor for Furniture Pact, an observatory dedicated to sustainability across the wood–furniture value chain.She is the Vice Director of the Executive Master in Luxury Management (EMiLUX).

Silvia Olcese is the founder of Macian, the first women’s luxury footwear house producing authentically in Northamptonshire, the historic heart of English shoemaking. With a background in global luxury brands, she created Macian to bring true British craftsmanship back into the women’s space - pairing traditional Goodyear welting with modern, feminine design.

Cristina Maria Villegas is the Founder and Director of Nature’s Wealth, LLC. She is an award-winning independent consultant in sustainability focusing on the intersections of global business, responsible sourcing, and rural development. Her specialities lie in ‘critical minerals’ and jewellery-relevant materials, helping organisations engage with the origin of their raw material supply chain, from Africa to Asia to Latin America.

Alexia Tronel is the Co-Founder of RACINE, a collective dedicated to exploring the possible futures of luxury. She is also the Co-Founder of an NGO called Itinérance. She lectures at numerous institutions, including HEC, ESSEC, and INSP.

Berta Serret is the Founder of TRACEMARK, an innovative traceability platform dedicated to providing verified transparency and sustainability in the luxury jewellery sector. She is also the Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Sustainability at FACET BARCELONA.

Freideriki Michailidou is the Founder and CEO of niche fragrance brand OLYMRA. She is a TEDx Speaker and has been recognised as an MIT Innovator Under 35 Europe (2023).
