Cohort III

  • 30th January: Mentor selection starts

  • 26th Feb: Announce Mentors

  • 20th Mar: Mentors group intro call

  • 14th April: Launch Programme

  • 21st May 2026: Programme completion

Time Commitment

The programme will be a 6 week programme for the Mentees ( Mentors will each pick a Tuesday between 14th April and 19th May ).

For the 6 week duration we are looking for Mentors to commit:

  • 1 hour to deliver a session (workshop/masterclass)

  • 30 mins to deliver a Q&A session

Total individual commitment of 1.5 hours

Overview

At Women in Sustainable Luxury, we’re building a global community of women who are redefining what leadership looks like across the luxury value chain.

Our mission is to support and accelerate the advancement of women driving sustainable transformation in luxury by connecting them with the networks, knowledge, and collaborative power they need to thrive.

One of the ways we do this is through our MentoringProgramme designed specifically for emerging leaders in their first leadership roles, and looking to prepare for the next level of influence, responsibility, and impact.

Our programme is cross-sector by design. We believe that the boldest ideas and breakthroughs in sustainable luxury come from unexpected connections across industries, disciplines, and geographies. That’s why we’re bringing together mentors from fashion, beauty, watch & jewellery, and more all united by a shared commitment to sustainable progress and inclusive leadership.
