Join us for our first senior leadership gathering of 2026. At Women in Sustainable Luxury, we are decoding the leadership experience at the intersection of women, sustainability and luxury. Each domain faces complex challenges. Together, they require a nuanced approach to leadership, which we facilitate through our pillars of connect, collaborate and co-create.
Large conferences have their value in disseminating information at scale. We believe that intimate, high-trust environments are where action truly accelerates. This gathering is designed to foster mutual and non-competitive collaboration across sectors and disciplines, and to create the conditions for deeper insight, shared understanding, and collective possibility.
Our conversation will be guided by proprietary prompts developed from the Women in Sustainable Luxury Leadership Barometer. The Leadership Barometer is our ongoing research that captures how senior women in sustainable luxury experience leadership today, as well as the challenges and opportunities shaping their decisions. These prompts support a structured yet open dialogue that strengthens leadership foresight and builds a new type of community that shapes what comes next. This is a pitch-free space focused on exploring collaboration and collective opportunity.
