At the Wo+Men’s Leadership Centre, she addresses systemic barriers to women’s advancement, tackling challenges such as the leadership pipeline that limits women’s progression into senior roles.
In collaboration with Women in Sustainable Luxury, led by Founder, Benedicta Banga and Luxury Industry Advisor Francesca Manfredi, Professor Feryal is advancing research on the role and contribution of women in shaping a sustainable luxury future. The Wo+Men’s Leadership Centre at Cambridge Judge Business School recently marked the 10th anniversary of its Wo+men’s Leadership Conference, a decade-long forum for bold conversations, meaningful collaborations, and lasting impact.
This year’s conference, under the theme of Trust, invited leading thinkers and practitioners to explore how we cultivate trust within ourselves, our teams, and our organisations, unlocking both performance and a sense of belonging.

Exploring the Future of Leadership in Sustainable Luxury
Women in Sustainable Luxury (WiSL) is developing an in-depth White Paper exploring how leadership is evolving across the luxury sector as sustainability becomes a defining force of business transformation.
This landmark research aims to uncover how leaders are shaping the next era of luxury, the capabilities, mindsets, and pathways driving change and what’s required to build the next generation of sustainable luxury leadership.
Currently in development, the White Paper will bring together insights from executives, practitioners, and experts across the luxury value chain to create a first-of-its-kind perspective on the state and future of leadership in this space.
