Mentor Briefing

Thank you for helping to empower the Next Generation of Women Leaders in Sustainable Luxury. Here’s what’s next…

Announcement Post

First post announcing the mentoring team will be 26th February (example post)

Information Required

I. Bio, Headshot and areas of expertise by 25th February, ready for announcing the mentors individually and the opening date for applications between 2nd and 6th March (example post)

II. Select a week for your sessions and update:

  • Session Title

  • Description

  • How mentees will benefit from the session

  • Session times

Required by 6th March so I can create assets and be ready to share the posts between 9th and 13th February (example post)

III. Please share the session details on the mentoring schedule below

Mentoring Schedule

  • The date might feel early, but it helps mentees plan their schedules at the time of application.

  • It helps if you permit recording of the session so mentees who can’t attend can watch a replay.

  • Recorded sessions are kept for a few days, and evidence of deletion is shared with you afterwards.

How to engage with the posts

  • I’ve found that the posts we share from our page get better engagement when mentors react (like etc), comment and direct repost.

  • Please do not repost with your thoughts- lose the ability to track if people are seeing the messages and how to modify the messages for better results.

Prepping a Mentoring Session

Prep a masterclass based on one area of your expertise. The sessions will now be 1.5 hours on Tuesdays instead of a separate masterclass and Q&A.

  • You can use the question bank and profile challenges as inspiration

(Question Bank will be available after Mentees are selected)

Suggested structure of session:

  • (optional if you have something else that works in mind)
